 Hyatt Regency Guam. The Hyatt is located in central Tumon just South of the Outrigger and Plaza Shopping Arcade and between the Sand Castle Dinner Club and the beach. All the amenities you expect from a Hyatt: luxurious rooms with balconies that offer full view of Tumon Beach and sunsets over the Philippine Sea. Six world class restaurants, two lounges and poolside sunset barbeque featuring a live local fire and dance show. Within walking distance of duty free shopping and entertainment.
Holiday Resort. One of the newer Tumon hotels. Located directly in the center of Tumon Beach, the Holiday Resort is a bit further away from the center of the entertainment district, although some still walk. The Holiday Resort is the location of Hy's Steakhouse, serving some of the finest steaks on the Island.
  Guam Marriott Resort. Originally the Pacific Star, purchased and reopened by the Marriott chain. Located at the intersection of Route 14a and San Vitores Road, the Marriott is just South of the middle of the Tumon Beach strip and about 1/4 mile from the World's largest K Mart. Amenities include a 5 star steakhouse and Italian restaurant, pool, spa, beach and other recreational facilities.
 Pacific Islands Club. One of the oldest and largest hotels and resort complexes on Guam, the PIC has on the premise a water park, amphitheater for dinner shows, tennis and basketball courts, 3 kayaking lagoons, swimming, snorkeling, scuba and windsurfing pools, an in-line skating park and an 18 hole miniature golf course. Located just South of the Marriott and a 10 minute walk to the center of the Tumon shopping and entertainment district.
 Guam Hilton. Located at the Southern most end of Tumon Bay, the Hilton is one of the longest established and well known hotels on Guam. The Hilton Guam offers quality accommodations as you expect from a Hilton, wireless internet, International, Japanese and Chinese restaurants and live music weekends at the Tree Bar, a popular local Friday night pastime. The Hilton is a bit far from the central Tumon shopping and entertainment district. The walk is shorter by the beach, but still a hike.
 Royal Orchid. The Royal Orchid is a relatively new quality hotel located across San Vitores across from the Marriott and Pacific Islands Club about a five minute walk to the beach. Room and facilities are comparable to the beach front five star hotels and include outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, full service fitness gym, Times Square Shopping Exchange, Coin Operated Laundry on each floor, Tony Roma's for Ribs, Capricciosa Italian Restaurant, Brooklyn Cafe and Calvi House Korean Restaurant and, for military visitors, the Guam USO is located in the Royal Orchid.
 Holiday Plaza. The Holiday Plaza is located on San Vitores Road in mid-Tumon next to the Grand Plaza Hotel. These two hotels are separately owned and operated and within 5 minutes walking to the beach and main entertainment area.
 Grand Plaza. The Grand Plaza Hotel is located in mid-Tumon on San Vitores Road about 5 minutes walking from the beach and the main Tumon entertainment district. Convenient bus transportation to shopping and attractions is available. The Grand Plaza is TLA approved for military.
 Guam Plaza. The Guam Plaza Hotel is located in central Tumon just behind the Galeria Duty Free Stores and TGI Friday's and next to the Tarza Water Park and less than five minutes walk from the beach.
Beach front hotels outside of the Tumon tourist district
 Palace Hotel. The Palace is located 2 to 3 miles from the Tumon entertainment district on Oka Point cliff overlooking West Hagatna Bay and the Philippine Sea.
While you can hike down to the beach, it is rocky and dangerous due to the currents and undertow in waters off the cliff-line.
Possibly the Place's most attractive feature is it's perch atop Oka Point over looking sunsets over the Philippine Sea. The Palace is a five star hotel with fine restaurants, pool, lounges and other amenities. Busses and transportation is readily available to Tumon and shopping.
 Onward Beach Resort. The Onward Beach Resort is a five star hotel located on West Hagatna Bay looking across Alupat Island to the Philippine Sea. The Onward offers an on-site water park, jet skis, kayaks, paddleboat's, parasailing and other recreation options. There are five restaurants, including Japanese and Italian cuisine, and a poolside BarbeQue and Polynesian Dinner Show. Transportation to shopping, golfing and other attractions is readily available.
  Santa Fe on the Bay. The Santa Fe is a relatively new quality mid-sized hotel located on Hagatna Bay , adjacent to the Onward, with a view of great Guam sunsets over the Philippine Sea . Located on a white sand beach, Santa Fe also offers a large beachfront pool, patio restaurant with live music and happy hours on the weekends, a banquet room and wireless internet in every room and common areas. The Santa Fe is reasonably priced and TLA approved for military.
 Alupang Beach Tower. Located on Marine Corps Drive in Tamuning, Alupang Beach Tower looks directly across Hagatna Bay and Alupat Island and the Philippine Sea. Originally built as a luxury condo, today the Alupang Beach Tower offers 2 and 3 bedroom luxury condominiums with full kitchens and breathtaking sunsets over the Philippine Sea. Popular with military and government employees on temporary duty and for longer term housing for military personnel assigned to Guam.
  Inn on the Bay. Inn on the Bay is located on the Beach in Agat just out the Naval Station Back gate. Quiet beach front rooms about 15 miles from Tumon and the central Guam tourist area. Convenient to the Naval Station and TLA approved. Reasonably priced rooms, freshwater pool on the beach, restaurant, barbeque facilities, laundromat, shuttle bus service, dollar rental car.
Other "Off-the-Beach" Hotels
 Imperial Suites. Located on Yapao Road (Route 14b) between Marine Drive and the Tumon Beach area, the Imperial Suites provides reasonably priced suites with a swimming pool, fitness and business center, for travelers on a budget. Centrally located, but you will need a rental car to get around.
 Tamuning Plaza Hotel. The Tamuning Plaza Hotel is located in central Tamuning on Marine Crops. Reasonably priced rooms within walking distance of Hagatna Bay and 15 minutes from Tumon.
 Mai' Ana Airport Hotel. Located just outside the Guam International Air Terminal, the Mai' Ana Hotel is centrally located to businesses, restaurants, government offices, military bases and the Tumon shopping and entertainment district. The Man' Ana offers reasonably priced studios and two and three bedroom suites with a swimming pool, cable TV and kitchens in every room.
