PUGUA WIRELESS
The Pugua (pronounced poogwa) Wireless is the bi-monthly newsletter
of Special Forces Association Chapter 46, headquartered in Guam
with a Detachment Left in Contact (DLIC) in Angeles City, Philippines.
Pugua is the Chamorro (language of the ancient natives of Guam)
word for betelnut, a mild stimulant enjoyed by the people of Micronesia
and parts of Southeast Asia. Any opinions expressed in this publication
do not necessarily reflect those of the Association and are the
sole responsibility of the editor, without the assistance of pugua
or any other stimulant.
The Secretary DLIC, Mark Invin, is responsible for the layout, publishing and editing of the Pugua Wireless Newsletter.
